1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
5. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect products, return shipping will be borne by Protego Covers
- For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
