At Protego Covers, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

5. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect products, return shipping will be borne by Protego Covers
  • For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
